Phantom Black and Brookland's Green; that's the colours for the 2014 Triumph Thruxton. Also on the list of standard equipment is a chrome chain guard, aluminium wheel rims, a colour-coded flyscreen, a (de rigeur) seat cowl, centre stripes on the abbreviated mudguards, and a revised cylinder head and barrel. Of course, being a Thruxton Bonnie, rear-sets and low-slung handlebars are also in the mix. And Triumph, take note, has redesigned the megaphone silencers to help improve the appropriate racket when gunning it on the street. Like it? We do. Now go talk to your dealer and try it for size. Old rockers never die, huh? [Triumph Bonneville full review] |
