Dick Case (pictured on the bike) came
from Australia in 1930 and rode for the
Wimbledon Dons. In 1933 he signed with
the Coventry Bees; the following year he
was riding with the Walthamstow Wolves

who became the Hackney Wick Wolves
where he became both the top rider and
Captain. Dick Case is famous for
establishing the Rye House training
school. He died in 1980 aged seventy and
is remembered as one of the true greats.
