About this framed print...
The 500cc Sunbeam S7 is one of the most stylish motorcycles ever manufactured. We think so, anyway. And we're by no means alone. With its 16-inch balloon tyres, its huge valanced mudguards, its novel inline twin engine and its (more common) Mist Green livery, it's an unlikely looking bike that arguably long anticipated more contemporary motorcycles such as the Harley-Davidson Fat Boy, a modern classic.
People commonly refer to the gentlemanly ride offered by these S7swith "gentlemanly" serving as a synonym for slow. And it's fair to say that the S7, and the later S8, are a long way from rapid transport. But they lope along pleasantly at around 50 - 55mph, and sometimes that's all the speed you need.
This Sunbeam S7 print is mounted in a 225mm x 175mm x 16mm solid oak frame. The high quality image measures 203mm x 152mm (or 8-inches x 6-inches, if you prefer).
The print will hang on your wall, or sit nicely on your desk or shelf or mantelpiece. And in a group of four they look a whole lot better. Check our range of classic bike prints (below) and make your choice. We'll despatch yours as soon as we receive your order. They'll last for years.
